California millwork firm sued, allegedly failed to pay wages –

ORANGE, Calif. – California-based Fineline Architectural Millwork is being filed a claim against for supposedly “stopping working to precisely pay workers’ wages for all their time worked.”

Orange Country lawyers Zakay Legislation Group says Fineline breached California’s labor code by “stopping working to pay minimal wages, pay overtime wages, give needed meal and rest durations, give precise itemized wage declarations, reimburse employees for needed expenses, and give earnings when due.”

The class-action fit is presently pending.
